What are your customer service hours?

Our hours are 8am-4:30pm CST Monday through Thursday and 8am-2pm on Fridays.

 

How does the bed ship?

Carefully boxed to protect your purchase and shipped via FedEx Ground. Unlike done by other companies, the Snoring Dogs bed will not be vacuum packed to reduce shipping dimensions. Vacuum packing can damage materials and could result in adverse changes to your bed's function and appearance.

 

How much does it cost to box & ship my mattress?

$14.00 when shipped standard ground, within the continental US. 

 

How soon before my order will arrive?

Most orders arrive within 3-10 days ( depending upon location ).  We can expedite your order with Second Day Air, for an additional charge.

 

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, we will email you an order confirmation with tracking numbers.

 

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Sorry, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. We do need a physical address.

 

What is your Return Policy?

We provide a 30-day Satisfaction guarantee on product that is in its original condition to:  Snoring Dogs/Comfortex

We suggest that you hold onto the original box for easier return. Please insure the shipment for its value.  Funds will be returned within 10 days from the receipt of the return. 

 

Can replacement components be ordered?

Yes. Outer cover, Inner cover or the mattress core can all be ordered to replace worn or damaged components, or just to refurbish the look of your pet's bed.  Call us at 1-800-445-4007 for component prices and/or to order.

 

Does the outer cover show dirt & hair?

Our beds are covered in a tan or olive heavy duty, upholstery fabric and a plush olive green fleece comfort-zone.  These materials were tested and selected for their elegant appearance, their durability and their ability to hide dirt and hair. 

 

Are the covers Machine Washable?

The outer cover can be removed and machine-washed.  For best results, please wash alone and dry at a low temperature setting.

 

The inner cover is impervious to outside soils and can be wiped clean with a mild soap/water solution. Do not machine wash the inner cover as this could damage the fabrics barrier properties.

 

What is the difference between a Snoring Dog bed and the retail stores' beds costing much less?

Quality...Feel...Function.
